Your fifth session is about bringing everything together and looking at the bigger picture of your journey so far.
We’ll review the progress you’ve made, highlighting the changes that have had the most impact on your health, habits, and overall wellbeing. This is a chance to recognise how far you’ve come and reinforce the positive shifts you’ve created.
We’ll also identify anything that still needs attention. Whether that’s refining certain habits, overcoming remaining challenges, or strengthening consistency in key areas.
Together, we’ll set any new or ongoing goals to support your continued progress, ensuring they feel realistic, relevant, and aligned with your lifestyle moving forward.
Your feedback remains an important part of this session. We’ll discuss your experience of the process so far; what’s worked well, what hasn’t, and what you need going forward, so your plan continues to feel supportive and effective.
You’ll leave with a clear sense of achievement, a refined direction and the confidence to maintain and build on the progress you have made.
